Notification of Rainsbrook Nursery Facebook address change

We have decided to change our Facebook address.

It was originally https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100005471868486

It is now https://www.facebook.com/rainsbrooknursery

All the posts will be kept as is, until I can find a way of transferring them. Also all friends will be asked to re make as a friend  on my new Facebook page.
