Mulberry ‘Illinois Everbearing’ gradually being harvested

Mulberry ‘Illinois Everbearing’ gradually being harvested from today. As the name implies you get ripe fruit and very under ripe fruit at the same time, giving a long spread harvesting period. As we have had not much rain this year the fruits are not very large, to as normal. If you have never tasted a mulberry, its very much similar to blackberry but without the tartness.
