Scion Storeage

It is always asked, just how do you store scions ??

Well there are times of the year when my wife cannot get into the fridge. So as long as the scions are kept damp and cool, ie wrapped in a damp tissue and kept in a plastic bag and then kept in the salad tray of the fridge. They should keep for months. But keep checking them. If any show signs of mould or blackening then get them out and in the bin.
