Peach Leaf Curl – Prevention the Spainish Professional way
1 – One fumigation in December with copper oxychloride also known as Copper Chloride Trihydroxide (Bayer Fruit and Vegetable Disease Control, Murphy Traditonal Copper Fungicide)
2 – Another fumigation, before opening of the flowers (early February), with copper oxychloride and paraffin oil (preventive insecticide).
If any of the slightest symtoms still persist on the leaves, use a quick treatment of a combination mixed of two fungicides Difenoconazole (Westland Plant Rescue Control concentrate), and Thiram (EEC banned at more than 5% and not available to the public) also known as Thianosan and Pomarsol, and 10 days later repeated treatment.
