A really nice looking apple – Scott Winter
A really nice looking apple – Originated in 1796 at Westfield, Connecticut. First introduced by Dr. Hoskins of the Scott Farm, Newport, Vermont. A favourite dessert apple for those who like them tart. Flavour improves with storage. Highly valued for its late keeping quality, especially in northern N.B. and Quebec. Excellent for mixing into cider blends for adding bite.
