Horsetail Removal Specialists
As much of our work involves weeds, especially the hard to deal with species. This might illustrate just how effective getting in the professionals, like myself is. In only 1 week the effect is very noticeable.
Horsetail / Marestail or Equisetum arvense produces rhizomes that spread very fast underground. They can survive periods of flooding and burning, and resist being pulled up, due to their ever spreading rhizomes that can be up to 1 metre deep. The plant is toxic to sheep, cattle and horses being poisonous in both the green state and dried in hay.
In fact the horsetail group is quite a rarity in the plant world, as its the only plant that produces spores rather than seeds.
