Do I have a mouse problem ?

In feeding my mice with bait in hopper style feeders. I think my mice are very eager to be fed more regularly.

The mice/rats have even eaten/chewed the filling spout of the plastic hoppers.

They have even chewed through the base of the feeder unit.
