Apple – Rouget Plouer (updated photo)

A native of the town namesake, grown in the northeast of Cotes d’Armor and the surrounding communities of Ille-et-Vilaine

The fruit have firm flesh, tart, sweet, juicy. Very productive, flowering midseason.
Good resistance to parasites. Mainly used for cooking, ready in October, but it will keep until late April.
