<\/a>From the photo you can see the large fig and many smaller figs. The large one was produced in the spring (1st crop) and the smaller ones are set in summer and are the 2nd Breba crop. In the UK the 2nd crop on some varieties may not have enough time to grow and ripen, before autumn and winter arrives. This is where growing them in tubs comes into play.
