This is the first time that I can remember that we have had pigeon damage to the new shoots of our fruit trees. Some of the branches have also snapped, under the weight.<\/p>\n

I have seen the pests, in our back garden sitting on the high branches of next doors plum tree pecking away. They have also been noticed in the canopy of a red beech tree.<\/p>\n
