There is always something, a few weeks ago it was mice chewing at the bottoms of the tree. Now I find on some of my newly planted trees, have had the tops chewed off, just clear of the 60cm high rabbit spiral.<\/p>\n

I guess its the rabbits, the Romans have got a lot to answer for, importing these. Mind you I did have a couple of trees do the same in mid summer. Which I put it down to a wandering Munjac deer, just passing by, giving everything in its way a chew.<\/p>\n
