We have sorted the machinery out. Now its time to see the effects of scarifing your lawns.<\/p>\n

\"moss3\"<\/a>\u00a0 \"moss5\"<\/a> \"moss4\"<\/a>\"moss7\"<\/a>Here is the almost finished product. The next photo shows the lawn after its been given a quick clean up with a lawnmower to get rid of any loose bits of moss. It shows the bits I have missed.<\/p>\n

\"moss10\"<\/a>It is amazing as to how much moss and thatch comes off. I would say that the total amount of lawns are about 6 x the size of the one you can see. So how much moss and thatch comes off, I estimated it at about 3 tonnes. There was probably 1.5 tonnes missed, this will have to come off in October time.<\/p>\n

\"moss6\"<\/a>Just to show the difference with the lawn thickness’s.<\/p>\n

\"moss8\"<\/a>The difference in heights was about 25mm or 1 inch. No wonder the lawnmower would not drive over it.<\/p>\n
