Now here we have an early Mirabelle plum. It originated in the Ukraine and is dark red skinned with yellow flesh with slight reddening of the flesh under the skin. The flesh is quite firm with little juice, its taste is slightly sweet with an insipid flavour. But all things considered with its earliness when other top fruit are scarce, it is a great start to the season.<\/p>\n
