Opal – 1st of the English Plums to be harvested
Not far behind the early Japanese plums, here is Opal the 1st of the English plums. Nice and juicy and sweet. This is the start of the fruit season.
Japanese plum Shiro – Yellow skinned and yellow flesh
Just a few weeks after the red skinned and red fleshed Methley, we have the yellow skinned and yellow fleshed Shiro. A bit larger in size than the Methley, but equally as sweet and juicey.
Japanese plum Methley – Red Flesh
Many people have asked whats the flesh like, as it is described as blood red. So I have taken a few more photos.
