NT Parke, Devon

This National Trust place, is very picturesque. There is no real ‘property’ to look around, its more for the walks along the valley and riverside near Bovey Tracey, Devon.

It has a large orchard, and as from the display board, you are asked to go and search for the Devonshire Quarrendon and the Polly Whitehair apple varieties. The only slight snag is that, yes most trees have a label on them. But the tied on plastic labels are totally blank, all the writing has been washed and worn away over the years. Therefore no tree is identified.
